If you kill all the killers, Who is left?

Now I don't know if there is any anime fans out there but when it comes to the death penalty and the law I like the "Kira" approach. Kira is character from a show called Death Note. Death Note is a series in which a genius school student obtains the power to kill anyone he wishes, and uses this power to kill any and all law breakers that the system misses. Fact of the matter is, if your gonna kill people you should be ready to be killed.I hate the fact our law system is so flawed that even people that are proved guilty 100% can walk away from murder because of screw ups in the court room (i.e O.J). The only problem is how do you kill someone without being a killer yourself?

  2. It's arguing semantics really, the only person that could really be considered the killer is the person that directly injects them, or that flips the switch for the chair. Even then it's only doing what they're told.

  3. Thing is kentiah, when you start getting into, "These killers are ok cause they are doing what they are told" its really a slippery slope.I mean if someone is convicted of a crime they did not commit and then gets puts to death, would you consider the people responsible still to be "just doing there job"? Is a Hitman not just doing what he is told? is it not his "job" to kill people? Or on a more innocent level what about people who kill cause if they don't someone will kill them? I mean the person is just doing what he/she has to for survival. Fact is no matter who "tells you to" or what reasons you have, are you not still taking a life? Thus to kill all killers would leave only 1 killer standing.

I apreciate your post id like to see more posts like yours:)

  4. Accidentally kill a killer. Like if you trip while holding a knife and it kills the killer you aren't a killer you just accidentally killed a dude. Shit happens.
